LGRC Launches Post-Election Training for Councillors

LGRC has launched a post-election training and team-building programme for new and returning Councillors. The course is designed for all Councillors in a Council to take together, to assist them in understanding their roles, the roles of their Council staff, and facilitate shared thinking as to what the Council wants to achieve during its term of office. It is conducted over either a morning, afternoon or evening session, at the Council’s option.
